課程概述 |
l、介紹各種與資訊活動相關的人類行為理論。
2、了解有關人們在搜尋、取得、處理、與使用資訊活動中的行為與心理。
3、探討特定族群的資訊需求與行為特徵。
4、了解有關個體如何接收與同化資訊的心智活動歷程。
5、探討資訊行為與資訊系統、資訊服務之關聯。

課程目標 |
使資訊服務人員具備診斷需求的能力，以及設計並實施符合人類資訊行為與心理需要的資訊服務與資訊系統。

一、講授
二、小組討論
三、電影賞析
四、分組報告
除課程概論外，各單元上課以小組報告並帶領討論方式進行。每週閱讀一章，由兩組同學上台分享心得與評論，其他同學提問(以事前閱讀之隨堂作業中相關擬問為基礎)。 |
